ABOUT 7th Breath
Lindon’s unique style of gentle pulsation and approach articulates connections throughout the body enabling it to release its innate internal intelligence and power.
Using hands-on feedback to establish a system of basic universal principles he dissolves established patterns of resistance in the body/mind/spirit whilst transmitting a dynamic method of achieving a stable three-dimensional structure.
He comes to this from a background as a professional dancer, qualified body worker and psychotherapist. After training in china with Master Wang Zhuang Hong and in the UK with Serge Augier, Lindon competed and won the British Heavyweight Gold Medal for Tai Chi Fixed Step Push Hands holding the title for 3 consecutive years (2012-2014)

I started training with Lindon in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle and generally tone up. What I achieved with Lindons help was far more than this! Using kettlebells and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own.

Working with Lindon on my fitness has been great. He has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well being not just my muscles. Our sessions were always hard work but always with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated. When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible. No shouting, no humiliation just pure encouragement and belief.
