WELCOME TO 7TH BREATH
From the first millennium B.C., both the Taoism and Hinduism placed significant importance on a “vital energy” that flows through the body, and believed the breath was one of its manifestations. The Chinese call this energy qi, and Hindus call it prana.
7th Breath Integrated Power is a challenging training program adapted from traditional martial arts and psychological skills training unifying body, mind and energy as one. As with many disciplines, this may not work for everybody, but its systematic and consistent methods of modulating breath and bodywork helps to achieve formidable levels of enhanced performance that positively influences physical and mental well being.
